Cancellation

Cancel auto-renewal anytime via Manage subscription on the Pricing page (Stripe Customer Portal). Benefits continue until the end of the paid period.

Refund conditions

First-time subscription with fewer than 3 member readings used: full refund within 7 days of purchase.

Renewal charges: full refund if requested within 48 hours and no member features were used.

Deep Insight usage and other cases beyond the above are generally non-refundable.

How to request

Email support@tarot.baby (placeholder — replace before launch) with your payment email and order time. Processed within 3-5 business days, refunded to the original payment method.

Exceptions

Duplicate charges caused by system faults are always fully refunded regardless of usage.

Other cases follow applicable law.
